These Terms govern access to IMMA OS and related services provided by Insta Marketing App LLC. A written proposal, order, or service agreement may add or replace terms for a specific engagement.

By accessing IMMA OS or purchasing services from Insta Marketing App LLC, you agree to these Terms and any written order, proposal, scope, or service agreement. You must have legal authority to act for yourself or the organization you represent.
Services may include platform access, websites, funnels, CRM, automation, AI assistance, content, marketing, consulting, implementation, support, reporting, and related work. Exact deliverables, timing, revisions, dependencies, and fees are governed by the applicable written scope. Starting prices do not include unlimited customization.
You are responsible for accurate account information, authorized users, credentials, and activity under your account. You may not use the services unlawfully; infringe rights; send spam; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; misuse personal data; interfere with systems; or use AI or automation for prohibited, deceptive, discriminatory, or harmful activity.
Subscription, project, consulting, implementation, and usage fees are due as stated in the applicable plan or agreement. Email, SMS, telephone, AI usage, domains, advertising, payment processing, premium integrations, and other consumption-based services may require separate fees. Taxes, chargebacks, late payment, refunds, and cancellation are handled under the applicable written order and law.
You retain ownership of content you lawfully provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and use that content to deliver the services. You represent that you have the necessary permissions. Pre-existing tools, methods, templates, code, systems, and know-how remain the property of their respective owners unless a written agreement states otherwise.
AI and automation may generate errors, omissions, outdated information, or unexpected outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing output and approving high-impact actions. Do not rely on IMMA OS as a substitute for legal, financial, tax, medical, employment, or other licensed professional advice.
We do not guarantee sales, revenue, leads, rankings, approvals, platform access, audience growth, funding, legal compliance, or any specific business outcome. Results depend on the offer, market, activity, data quality, implementation, customer demand, budget, external platforms, and other factors.
Services may connect with third-party platforms, payment providers, domains, communication carriers, social networks, advertising services, or integrations. Their terms, fees, availability, data practices, and decisions are outside our control. We are not responsible for third-party suspension, outage, policy change, or data handling.
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without implied warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. Insta Marketing App LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate liability is limited as allowed by the applicable written agreement and law.
Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, material breach, or as otherwise stated in a written agreement. Provisions that should survive termination will survive. Disputes, governing law, venue, notice, and amendment procedures may be further specified in the applicable service agreement. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised date.
